Finally! "George the Hedgehog" has recently won two very important prizes at huge international festivals! The Spirit Award at Brooklyn Film Festival in New York, US and the GRAND PRIX at the biggest Asian animated festival SICAF in Korea!!!

After another screening in US, at the Chicago Internation Film Festival, I found this terrific review of GEORGE THE HEDGEHOG - you can read it HERE.

Finally! George the Hedgehog appeared in stores in three versions: the regular 1-disc version, the collectors 2-dvd edition and Bluray version (consisting of 2 discs as well). The movie is avalilable with English subtitles. The limited collectors edition was additionally packed with over 120 minutes of extras including my older short films: "Headless", "Mouse" and "Penguin".

"The Lost Town of Switez" directed by Kamil Polak and animation supervised by me got the main prize for the first film at the Annecy festival and was awarded with the main prize at the Palm Springs festival.

"George the Hedgehog" was screened at the East of the West competition in Karlovy Vary - it was one of only two Polish films accepted for the festival's competition! The UK premiere of "George" is planned during the LIAF. I'll be there.

Kamil Polak's short film "The Lost Town of Switez" that I supervised animation for, has been recently awarded "Silver Hobby-horse" prize at Cracow film festival and currently is being screened at the Annecy Festival in France.
